All of our custom handmade magnets are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, most domestic orders within the U.S. arrive in 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on the shipping carrier and other factors. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

We ship using USPS First Class or Priority Mail. For local customers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your location.

Returns & Exchanges
Because our magnets are personalized with your own photos, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom orders. If your item arrives damaged or there is an error in your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or corrected product.
