Welcome to Fridge Friends Magnets! By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Products

All magnets are handmade and customized based on the photos or instructions you provide. Every effort is made to ensure high quality, but slight variations may occur since each item is crafted by hand.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide (shipping address, contact details, photos) is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other payment methods available at checkout. Orders will not be fulfilled until payment is successfully received.

4. Shipping

All of our custom handmade magnets are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, most domestic orders within the U.S. arrive in 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on the shipping carrier and other factors. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
We ship using USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your location.

5. Returns & Replacements

Because our magnets are personalized with your own photos, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping or there is an error in your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or corrected product.

6. Customer Content & Photo Usage

By uploading photos or content for your custom order, you retain all rights to your images. We use your photos solely to create your personalized magnets.
We will never share, post, or use your photos for social media, marketing, or promotional purposes without your explicit permission.
If we would like to feature your order, we will contact you directly to request consent before sharing.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of Fridge Friends Magnets and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fridge Friends Magnets is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, United States.
